Mission principal du poste

Sous la supervision du Responsable fiscal de l’entreprise qui il rend compte de ses activités, Assistant(e) Juriste-Fiscaliste a pour mission d'assurer  le suivi des obligations fiscales de l’entreprise en participant aux déclarations fiscales, au contrôle de conformité, à la veille réglementaire, à la gestion des risques fiscaux et à la préparation des reportings destinés à la direction.

 

Responsabilités et activités principales

1. Suivi fiscal et réglementaire

  • Participer à l’établissement des déclarations fiscales de l’entreprise dans les délais légaux.
  • Contrôler la conformité fiscale des pièces justificatives et des opérations comptables.
  • Contribuer à la préparation des dossiers de contrôle fiscal et aux échanges avec l’administration fiscale.
  • Vérifier le traitement fiscal des factures, contrats, opérations d’achat et opérations d’exportation.
  • Participer au suivi de la TVA, des retenues à la source, des impôts sur les bénéfices, des taxes spécifiques et autres prélèvements applicables.
  • Effectuer des recherches sur les textes fiscaux, la doctrine administrative et la jurisprudence.
  • Contribuer à la prévention et à la maîtrise des risques fiscaux.

 

2. Reporting et veille

  • Élaborer des tableaux de suivi des contrats et obligations fiscales,
  • Préparer des rapports périodiques à l’attention de la hiérarchie,
  • Collecter auprès de l’administration fiscale, douanière et du Trésor toutes les nouvelles dispositions. Tenir un classeur et en faire partage avec la hiérarchie ;
  • Participer à la sensibilisation des équipes sur les règles fiscales et documentaires applicables.

 

Profil recherché

Formation

  • Être titulaire d’une Licence (Droit privé ou Fiscalité) ou d’une formation équivalente.
  • Une formation complémentaire en droit douanier, droit fiscal, droit OHADA, droit des affaires ou réglementation des exportations serait un atout.

 

Expérience professionnelle

  • Justifier d’au moins deux années de stages professionnels cumulés en entreprise, en cabinet juridique, en cabinet fiscal, en cabinet d’expertise comptable ou au sein d’une administration fiscale.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur agricole, agro-industriel, commercial, douanier, logistique ou de l’exportation serait appréciée.
  • Une expérience dans le suivi des déclarations fiscales, la gestion des formalités d’exportation/importations constitue un avantage.

 

Compétences techniques

  • Maîtrise du droit fiscal et du droit des affaires.
  • Compréhension des mécanismes de TVA, de retenues à la source et des obligations déclaratives.
  • Connaissance du droit OHADA.
  • Capacité à analyser les textes juridiques et fiscaux.
  • Aptitude à rédiger des courriers et rapports.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Word, Excel et PowerPoint.
  • La connaissance d’un logiciel de gestion ou d’un progiciel comptable serait un plus.
  • Bonne capacité de classement, d’archivage et de suivi documentaire.
  • Bonne expression en langues française et anglaise
