Vos missions

Au sein du département Tôlerie de l'usine de carrosserie Montage de Sandouville, vous êtes rattaché(e) au Chef d’Atelier Fabrication

Vos missions sont :

Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance de l'atelier (production, qualité).
Mettre à jour les tableaux de bord et participer aux réunions de pilotage.
Assurer le suivi du plan de formation et des matrices de compétences retouche.
Participer à la gestion et à la mise à jour de la maquette RH de l'atelier.
Réaliser des analyses et proposer des actions d'amélioration de temps de cycle

Le poste est en horaire de Normale 7h30 – 15h52

Votre profil

Vous préparez un Diplôme d’ingénieur généraliste avec une spécialité en gestion de production

Vous avez un très bon niveau en analyse de données et pilotage de sujets. Vous maitrisez les logiciels tels que qu’Excel et la suite Microsoft Office
Vous faites preuve d’autonomie et d’initiative, vous êtes rigoureux et organisé
