About the Role

Job Description:

1. Support Operational Excellence and Daily Operations
Provide administrative support, manage documentation and data tracking, follow up on action items, and assist with various Operational Excellence projects and ad hoc assignments.


2. Support Engagement, Upskilling, and BPI Programs
Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of BPI events, workshops, engagement activities, awareness campaigns, and upskilling initiatives.

3. Facilitate Change Management and Continuous Improvement Efforts
Assist in developing change management and communication materials, while contributing to BPI promotion, continuous improvement initiatives, and organizational transformation efforts.
