Internship - ERP Testing Services and Test Management Office (TMO)

Join our ERP Testing Services team and gain practical experience in software testing, test automation, and testing governance within an enterprise environment. You will support ERP projects through testing activities, reporting, quality metrics tracking, stakeholder coordination and other TMO processes that will help teams plan, monitor and deliver testing outcomes.

Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Test Management Office (TMO) Coordination: Support the Test Management Office by coordinating testing activities across ERP programs, including test schedule coordination, milestone tracking, quality dashboards, test metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Test Governance & Project Support: Assist in testing governance and project coordination by tracking action items, testing risks and issues, and maintaining testing documentation.
• Test Execution & Defect Management: Support testing activities by contributing to test planning, test execution (end-to-end), defect management, test reporting, and applying testing methodologies across the software testing lifecycle.  
• Test Automation: Contribute to test automation through the development and maintenance of test scripts and automation frameworks.
  
  Internship Learning Outcomes:
• Software Testing Tool Exposure: Gain hands-on experience with tools used in software testing and delivery, including test management, test automation, reporting, and testing governance practices.  
• Test Management Experience: Participate in test planning, execution, results analysis, and reporting activities to understand end-to-end test delivery.
• Project & TMO Operations: Learn how TMO processes and activities support large-scale ERP program delivery through coordination and controls.  
• Professional Skills Development: Work with cross-functional teams to strengthen communication, collaboration, organization, and structured problem-solving skills.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Economics, or a related field, with a basic understanding of software testing concepts.
• Analytical & Detail Orientation: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Collaboration & Ownership: Proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills.  
• Learning Agility & Commitment: Curious and eager to learn new technologies and tools, with availability to commit to a minimum 6-month internship (Jan 27 - July 27).
