岗位概述

我们正在寻找一名细致严谨、具备优秀英文能力和逻辑思维的实习生，加入我们的产品与工程支持团队。该岗位主要聚焦于技术文档的整理、优化及基础视觉呈现设计，支持公司在产品开发、认证及客户沟通中的文档标准化和专业化。

实习生将与工程、产品及质量团队密切合作，参与技术资料的编辑、排版与可视化处理，确保输出内容在语言表达、逻辑结构及视觉呈现上的高质量与一致性。该岗位适合具备良好英文写作能力，同时对文档设计和信息表达有兴趣的候选人。

职责

负责技术文档的整理、编辑与排版，包括说明书、报告、流程文件及标准文档等。

将工程及技术资料进行结构化梳理，提升文档的可读性和专业性。

支持中英文技术文档的翻译、校对及优化，确保语言准确、表达清晰。

协助进行基础平面设计工作（如图表美化、信息图制作、PPT视觉优化等）。

与研发、产品及质量团队沟通，理解技术内容并转化为高质量文档输出。

使用办公工具及AI工具提升文档处理效率（如内容生成、润色、格式优化等）。

协助建立和维护文档模板及标准，推动公司文档规范化。

根据需要完成团队分配的其他支持性任务。

任职要求

硕士在读，专业不限（理工科、英语、设计或传播类专业优先）。

英语读写能力强，能够熟练阅读、理解并撰写英文技术文档（关键要求）。

具备良好的文字表达能力，逻辑清晰，具备较强的信息整理能力。

熟练使用办公软件（Microsoft Office，尤其是 Word、PowerPoint），具备较强排版能力。

熟悉或愿意学习AI辅助工具（如 ChatGPT 等）以提升文档处理效率。

细心负责，具备较强的执行力，能够高效处理多任务。

有技术文档处理、翻译或内容设计相关经验者优先。
