Rejoignez Plug Inn fast charge, l'entité du Groupe Renault dédiée au développement et à l'exploitation d'un réseau de recharge ultra-rapide premium à travers la France. Au sein de l'équipe Opérations, vous rejoindrez une équipe dynamique et contribuerez au déploiement et à l'exploitation du réseau. Ce stage vous permettra de découvrir les enjeux d'un opérateur de recharge à grande échelle et de participer à un projet à fort impact.

Le poste est basé en plein cœur de Paris (Grands Boulevards). Vous bénéficiez de 2 jours de télétravail par semaine.

Vos missions 

Véritable couteau suisse, vous contribuerez aux différentes activités des Opérations qui constitue la tour de contrôle du réseau  : 

  • Suivre et gérer la satisfaction client (veille réseaux sociaux, réponses aux avis, gestion des réclamations)

  • Contribuer au suivi de la performance technique du parc de bornes afin d'assurer un taux de disponibilité maximal.

  • Contribuer au suivi de la qualité de l'expérience client, notamment pour les lounges d'accueil.

  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance du réseau (notamment uptime et success rate) et participer aux reportings.

Votre profil  

En dernière année d'étude en école de commerce, université ou en école d’ingénieur. 

Le français courant et la maîtrise de l’anglais (écrit et oral) seront nécessaires pour ce poste.
