HELP US TO SHINE!
- Support the Accounting team with invoice preparation and processing
- Assist with daily account reconciliations and the preparation of Statements of Account (SOAs)
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and LSOP standards across departments
- Maintain accurate and organized filing of all accounting documentation
- Follow up on outstanding accounts and ensure complete documentation and history records
- Ensure the proper handling and documentation of credit card transactions and imprints
- Support the monitoring and adjustment of group billing accounts
- Assist the Internal Auditor with daily tasks and responsibilities
- Support the Director of Finance with various projects
- Assist the Purchasing Manager throughout the procurement process
- Perform monthly reconciliations of receivable accounts, including City Ledger, Guest Ledger, accruals, and other balance sheet accounts
- Take over responsibilities within Accounting, Finance, and Purchasing during team members' absences
- Maintain close cooperation and collaboration with department leaders across the hotel

- You are currently enrolled at a university and are looking for a mandatory internship as part of your studies
- Ideally, you already have knowledge of the hospitality industry and a strong affinity for numbers
- You possess strong analytical skills and remain calm under pressure
- You are a warm, authentic, and outgoing personality
- You have excellent communication skills in both German and English; additional languages are an advantage
- You are flexible, reliable, and have a strong commitment to quality
- You work in an organized and structured manner with great attention to detail
