You As a Service Planning Coordinator (Dispatcher) at Videojet Technologies, you play a key role in planning and coordinating all appointments for the Field Service Engineers. You work together with the Helpdesk and Account Managers to plan all assignments for Field Service Engineers as best as possible keeping customer satisfaction in mind. and will be located in Istanbul.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Manage the schedule of around 11 Field Service Engineers by assigning them the interventions, preventive maintenances, and installations of our machines according to several criteria (skills, location, urgency, etc.)
• Send and track deliveries of parts needed to fulfil service tasks
• Monitor service appointments and delivery of parts ordered by Field Service Engineers
• Confirm visits to our customers
• Update dashboards (e.g. availability of Field Service Engineers and Response Time)
• Ensure efficient communication with Account manager and Field Service Engineers

The essential requirements of the job include:

• The ability to meet the deadlines and multitask to perform various activities
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus (Customer Relationship Management software - CRM)
• 1-3 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience
• Experienced within the marking and coding industry, industrial automation or related industry is a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken Turkish and English
