Descripción del empleo

Soportar la implementación de la filosofía y práctica de lean manufacturing (CBS), viviendo y estableciendo los principios y el coaching en el área de responsabilidad correspondiente. Apoyar al Head de CBS en la definición y ejecución del roadmap de CBS para su respectiva área de responsabilidad. Definir, medir y publicar los KPI correspondientes a nivel local para establecer y supervisar los objetivos y metas para la organización como parte de Gemba Management. Gestion y coordinación del programa 5S para la localidad incluidos eventos de reconocimiento. Seguimiento a proyectos DMAIC y A3. Soportar entrenamientos relacionados a la cultura de lean manufacturing. Soporte activo durante talleres kaizen y proyectos de mejora continua. Lanzamiento del programa LSW con apoyo del área de producción.  

Requisitos

Escolaridad minima requerida carrera universitaria Ing, Industrial, administración de empresas, gestion de empresas, Ing. manufactura (carrera en curso, estudiando). Deseable experiencia profesional/practicas (al menos 1 año) en industria automotriz. Ingles nivel básico/intermedio.
