Valeo Service is the Aftermarket Specialist serving both auto manufacturers with original equipment spares and the independent aftermarket with replacement parts and accessories for passenger cars and commercial vehicles.

As a Logistic Flows Analyst Trainee at Valeo Management, you will gain hands-on experience in optimizing and analyzing supply chain logistics. This role involves supporting the team in identifying efficiencies, improving material flow, and contributing to overall operational excellence within our global network.

Job Responsibilities**
* Assist in the collection and analysis of logistics data, including inventory levels, transportation costs, and delivery times.
* Support the development and implementation of new logistics processes and tools to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
* Participate in projects aimed at optimizing material flow from suppliers to customers.
* Prepare reports and presentations on logistics performance and key metrics.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g.,customer care, warehouse, sales) to understand and address logistics challenges.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.
* Learn and apply lean manufacturing principles and supply chain best practices.
* Maintain accurate documentation related to logistics operations.

Job Qualifications**

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Proactive and eager to learn about logistics and supply chain operations.
* Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or logistics software is advantageous but not mandatory.

Desired skills and experience:

• Engineering Degree.    
• Experience: 6-12 month in similar roles in the automotive field
• Fluent English
