Die thermondo Gruppe, zu der auch der südwestdeutsche Photovoltaik-Champion FEBESOL zählt, beschäftigt über 1.200 Mitarbeitende, darunter über 600 festangestellte Handwerker:innen und hat eine installierte Basis von über 55.000 Anlagen. Wir wollen klimaneutrales Wohnen für jede:n Hausbesitzer:in zugänglich, erschwinglich und so einfach und zuverlässig wie möglich machen. Mit eigens entwickelter Software und standardisierten Services rund um den Heizungswechsel sind wir ein Pionier in der Digitalisierung des Handwerks und wurden mehrfach für unsere Innovationskraft ausgezeichnet. Mit dem Einbau von modernen Heizungsanlagen haben wir seit 2013 dazu beigetragen, über eine Million Tonnen CO₂ einzusparen.

and help us at thermondo make an important contribution to climate neutrality. With your interest

  • Answering Data-related questions from business stakeholders across all departments
  • Building new dashboards and improving existing dashboards in Looker
  • Conducting ad hoc analyses and translating data requests into clear results
  • Monitoring data quality and working closely with our Analytics Engineers
  • Documenting KPIs and data sources, and contributing to our data dictionary
  • Writing basic SQL queries for data exploration and analysis

And recognise yourself here

  • You are enrolled in a data-related or analytical degree programme, such as Data Science, Business Informatics, Statistics, Economics or a comparable field, with at least two semesters remaining.
  • SQL basics: You understand basic syntax, filtering, JOINs and aggregations.
  • BI experience: You have worked with a BI or reporting tool such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI and can explain what you built with it.
  • Data understanding: You can prepare analysis results clearly and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
  • AI tools: You use tools such as Gemini or Claude in a practical way to support analysis, research or problem-solving.
  • Independent work: You have initial practical experience with smaller data-related tasks and can structure your work with limited guidance.
  • Languages: You speak German at least at B1 level and English at C1 level.
