About the Role

Stagiaire Contrôle de Gestion & Finance Immobilière - Hôtellerie

Au sein de l'équipe Finance, vous participerez au suivi financier d'un portefeuille d'actifs hôteliers et contribuerez à des projets transversaux stratégiques. Ce stage vous permettra d'acquérir une vision complète du contrôle de gestion appliqué à l'immobilier hôtelier, tout en développant des compétences opérationnelles au contact d'experts financiers et opérationnels.

Vos missions

En support de l'équipe Contrôle de Gestion et Finance, vous interviendrez notamment sur les sujets suivants :

Contrôle de gestion et suivi financier

  • Participation à la réalisation de benchmarks financiers et opérationnels d'hôtels.
  • Accompagnement des contrôleurs de gestion en binôme sur un ou plusieurs actifs du portefeuille.
  • Contribution à plusieurs projets :
    • Homogénéisation des plans de comptes des hôtels
    • Mise à jour des modèles budgétaires et Business Plans
    • Mise en conformité RGPD
  • Coordination du suivi des principaux indicateurs financiers du portefeuille
  • Préparation et transmission des éléments comptables aux cabinets d'expertise comptable.
  • Coordination du suivi des travaux administratifs associés aux clôtures comptables.

 

Profil recherché

  • Étudiant(e) en Bac+4 / Bac+5 en école de commerce, université ou formation spécialisée en Finance, Contrôle de Gestion ou Comptabilité.
  • Bonne maîtrise d'Excel et forte appétence pour l'analyse financière.
  • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets simultanément.
  • Esprit d'équipe et excellent relationnel.
  • Curiosité, autonomie et envie d'apprendre dans un environnement dynamique.
  • La maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel est nécessaire.
