AI Agent Architect Intern – H-FARM Business School

H-FARM AI is the artificial intelligence division of H-FARM Business School. We work alongside companies of every size, from SMEs to multinationals, to design and deploy artificial intelligence solutions across a wide range of industries.

Together with Cisco we run the Connected Intelligence Studio, the lab at H-FARM Campus dedicated to enterprise AI: voice agents, spatial intelligence and immersive experiences, built on Cisco technologies and on our own AI solutions.

We are looking for an AI Agent Architect: a curious, hands-on person, keen to learn how to turn artificial intelligence into concrete business value.

You will work alongside our team to design, build and deploy AI agents that automate our enterprise clients’ processes, following, together with your tutor, the entire journey from the initial assessment through to the release of the solution. You will also take part in our AI training programmes, seeing at first hand how we support organisations on their path to adopting agentic AI.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The role spans two complementary areas: designing and building the agents, and client-facing assessment and training activities.

• AI agent design. You will learn to build agents on low-code platforms and AI coding agents (e.g. Claude Code), integrating knowledge bases, databases, APIs and enterprise systems through prompt-based development.
• AI applications in production. You will contribute to building production-ready web and mobile applications using AI-assisted development methodologies.
• Automated workflows. Working alongside the team, you will help develop and maintain AI workflows for the end-to-end automation of our clients’ business processes.
• Internal tooling. You will contribute to the design of AI tools and systems that support the team: assistants, content curation pipelines and operational automations.
• From business to architecture. You will learn to translate business requirements into AI architectures, defining their scope, integration points and success metrics.
• Pre-sales support. You will support the team in the preparation of proposals, demos and scope definition sessions.
• Workshops. You will take part, alongside our trainers, in hands-on workshops for professionals from a variety of companies and industries.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

By the end of the internship you will have worked on:

• designing and deploying AI agents on low-code platforms and AI coding agents;
• integrating knowledge bases, databases and APIs into agentic architectures;
• analysing business processes and translating business requirements into technical specifications;
• AI-assisted development methodologies for web and mobile applications;
• how enterprise client projects run, from assessment through to release.

THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You have some first experience, whether academic, project-based or personal, in building AI agents, AI-based automation solutions or agentic applications.
• You know the fundamentals of LLMs, prompt engineering and agentic AI frameworks, and you want to deepen them in practice.
• You have already shipped something that works, at least at prototype level, using AI-assisted development tools.
• You are interested in workflow analysis and in translating business needs into technical solutions.
• You communicate effectively in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with OpenClaw or Hermes and with full-stack development is a plus, but not a requirement.

Eligibility: this non-curricular internship can be activated with candidates who completed their studies no more than 12 months ago, or who are not currently employed. If you are enrolled in a study programme, we can look together at activating a curricular internship through your university or training institution.

WHAT WE OFFER

• A full-time internship at the H-FARM Campus in Roncade (TV), Italy, with a dedicated company tutor and an individual training plan setting out defined learning objectives.
• Expense allowance as per the H-FARM internship policy (€600 gross per month for non-curricular internships, €300 gross per month for curricular ones, plus contribution towards meals at the Campus restaurants).
