Job Description

YOUR MISSION _________ 

Visual Implementation & Execution 

  • Support the roll-out of seasonal visual merchandising campaigns and new product launches across all POS in SEA markets. 
  • Assist the team in adapting regional VM guidelines to local store formats, market requirements and physical constraints. 
  • Support the preparation and distribution of VM guidelines, visual references, and execution instructions to local markets and retail teams. 
  • Assist in monitoring the execution of campaigns are in accordance with Dior brand standards and campaign direction. 

Trade Animation & Execution 

  • Assist in coordinating with suppliers on the production and delivery of VM POSM for animations, events, and promotional activities. 
  • Assist in developing retailtainment initiatives that enhance the overall client experience. 
  • Support the preparation, logistics, and setup of trade animations and retail events. 
  • Support post-event documentation and photo reporting. 

Store Openings 

  • Support new store openings by assisting with planograms, POSM coordination, visual merchandising preparation, and installation requirements. 
  • Assist in preparing clear and comprehensive store-opening fitting guides and visual instructions for setup teams. 
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to track POSM delivery and installation timelines. 
  • Support on-site store opening activities and VM setup where required.  
  • Document completed installations through photos and reports for regional follow-up. 

Operational Support 

  • Assist in coordinating visual installations, campaign changes, and maintenance activities with retail teams to minimize disruption to store operations. 
  • Communicate VM instructions and requirements clearly to local markets, retail teams, suppliers, and external partners. 
  • Maintain organized records of VM guidelines, campaign assets, POSM requirements, and execution status. 

Market Insight & Reporting 

  • Observe and document visual merchandising trends, competitor activities, and retail developments. 
  • Consolidate store photos, market feedback, and observations into monthly VM reports. 
  • Prepare monthly photo reports, observations, and competitors’ visual performance summaries for internal and regional team. 

Inventory Management 

  • Assist in maintaining an accurate and organized inventory of POSM, visual tools, props, fixtures, and campaign materials. 
  • Track POSM orders, delivery status, quantities, and distribution to individual stores. 
  • Follow up with suppliers and relevant stakeholders on outstanding orders and delivery timelines. 
  • Support regular inventory checks and update inventory trackers accordingly. 

E - VM 

  • Assist with visual adaptation for E-Corner updates and campaign deployment. 
  • Support the preparation and coordination of digital visual assets in line with regional campaign guidelines. 
  • Assist in checking the accuracy and consistency of digital VM executions across relevant touchpoints. 

Ad-hoc Projects 

  • Support the team on ad-hoc projects, presentations, events, and campaign-related initiatives. 

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE _________ 

  • Able to commit for a 6 months full time internship starting from Jan 2027 to Jun 2027 
  • Genuine interest in the beauty industry 
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills with different functional teams. 
  • Showcase problem-solving and project management skills, attention to detail. 
  • Strong accountability and ability to work independently when required. 
  • High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office PowerPoint, and basic proficiency in MS Office Excel. Proficiency with Sketchup will be preferred. 
  • 3D design knowledge will be a plus. 
  • Basic Design software skills require (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and SketchUp)
