Luxembourg National Data Service (LNDS) is an economic interest group created by the Luxembourg Government, to implement Luxembourg’s strategies in research, innovation, and digitalisation. Luxembourg National Data Service (LNDS) is a brand of PNED G.I.E. an organisation created by the Luxembourg Government, to implement Luxembourg’s strategies in research, innovation, and digitalisation. LNDS enables value creation from secondary use of data, for public and private partners and supports the sharing and re-use of public sector data, in a trustable manner. Purpose of the job / project

LNDS is looking for a motivated and analytical-minded intern to support the development of its Innovation Lines and Partnerships Management activities. The intern will help structure innovation-related information, support ecosystem and partner activities, assess collaboration opportunities, and strengthen the way LNDS manages innovation topics and external relationships. 
This is a great opportunity for practical exposure to innovation management, partnership development, ecosystem analysis and strategic coordination, with the opportunity to contribute to LNDS Innovation Lines, partnership management tools and future collaboration opportunities.

What you will do

Innovation Lines 
  • Support LNDS Innovation Lines’ structuring and documentation.
  • Research and benchmark emerging technologies, market developments, and relevant innovation trends.
  • Help identify innovation themes, use cases, and potential areas of collaboration.
  • Support analysis of strategic relevance, maturity, potential value and synergies across Innovation Lines.
  • Prepare concise analyses, presentations, and materials for internal discussions and management reviews.
  • Support the development of tools, templates, and methodologies for innovation tracking and assessment.
Partnerships Management 
  • Support the mapping and management of LNDS’s partners ecosystem.
  • Maintain structured information on partners, capabilities, strategic relevance, collaboration history, and potential opportunities.
  • Assist with the preparation and follow-up of partner meetings, workshops, and discussions.
  • Support implementation of LNDS’ Partner Governance & Performance Framework.
  • Gather and structure feedback from LNDS’ teams on partners collaboration.
  • Support partners reviews, lessons learned, and performance analysis.
  • Help identify prospective partners and future collaboration opportunities.
  • Contribute to partnership briefings, presentations and management reporting.

Who you are

  • Student in Innovation Management, Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, Technology Management, Data/Digital, Engineering, European Affairs or a comparable field.
  • Strong analytical, research, and structured thinking skills.
  • Strong interest in innovation, technology, and partnerships.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good command of Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent English language skills; French, German and/or Luxembourgish are an advantage.

The full‑time base salary range for this position is shown at the top of the job advertisement or is discussed with the LNDS Talent Acquisition team early in the process.
The final offer will depend on several factors, including:
• the scope, complexity, responsibilities, and requirements of the role, and
• your individual profile, such as your education or qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills, and relevant experience.
If you do not meet all the role requirements or if you significantly exceed them, the final salary offered may fall below or above the stated range.
In addition to your base salary, you may also be eligible for other rewards and benefits, including a competitive performance‑based bonus. 
Eligibility depends on LNDS policies and the terms outlined in your employment contract.
