What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Structuring Desk Support: provide operational support to the Cross Asset Structuring desk, including daily pricing runs, risk monitoring, reporting, and the preparation of product-related materials
  • Risk & Performance Reporting: generate daily P&L and risk dashboards to facilitate business monitoring, risk management, and decision-making
  • Structured Product Analytics: support the pricing and analysis of structured products across multiple asset classes, ensuring timely and accurate outputs
  • Pricing Infrastructure Enhancement: collaborate with front office developers, quantitative analysts, and traders to improve pricing engines and enhance the capabilities of in-house structured product pricing systems
  • Process Automation: develop, maintain, and enhance VBA- and Python-based automation tools to streamline workflows, improve scalability, and increase operational efficiency
  • Sales Enablement: support the automation of structured investment idea generation and product pricing to improve responsiveness and support client engagement activities
  • Data Analysis & Insights: analyse market, pricing, and risk data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to the business
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: work closely with structuring, trading, sales, quantitative, and technology teams on business initiatives and process improvements
  • Ad-hoc Projects: support strategic projects, system enhancements, and innovation initiatives as assigned

Who You Work With

The Cross Asset Structuring team partners sales and trading teams to design, price, and deliver tailored investment and risk management solutions across multiple asset classes. You'll work alongside experienced structurers, traders, quantitative analysts, and developers who combine market expertise, analytics, and technology to create innovative client solutions. Through this role, you'll gain valuable exposure to structured products, financial engineering, quantitative analytics, and the broader Global Markets business.

  • Knowledge of statistics, data analytics, or quantitative modelling would be advantageous
  • Familiarity with C# or other programming languages would be beneficial

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
