About the Role

Apoyar en la atención y seguimiento de solicitudes de clientes.
Colaborar en la gestión de pedidos y documentación.
Brindar soporte en actividades administrativas del área.
Contribuir a la mejora de la experiencia del cliente.

Requisitos:

Estudiante de Administración, Negocios, Mercadotecnia o afín.
Habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente.
Manejo básico de Excel y herramientas digitales.
Disponibilidad para realizar prácticas por un periodo de 6 meses.
