Our 2027 Hospitality Internship can be tailored around your interests and educational needs. Depending on availability, you may choose to focus on one department, experience multiple areas of the resort, or build an internship around specific learning objectives required by your school.

What Could Your Internship Look Like?

Your experience will depend on what you want to learn. Here are just a few possibilities:

Guest Services & Front Desk

Learn what goes into creating a great guest experience from arrival to departure. You may assist with check-ins and check-outs, answer guest questions, learn about resort operations, help solve guest needs, and see how lodging departments work together behind the scenes.

Golf Operations

Learn the operational side of a resort golf experience by assisting with golfers, carts, tee sheets, tournaments, leagues, outings, and day-to-day golf operations. You'll see how guest service, events, retail, and course operations come together.

Culinary

Work alongside culinary professionals while learning food preparation, kitchen organization, sanitation, timing, presentation, teamwork, and high-volume service. Depending on your experience and goals, we can work to identify opportunities that help you build your culinary skills.

Recreation & Activities

Help with resort activities, events, equipment, outdoor recreation, and family experiences while learning how recreation programming is planned and operated.

Job Requirements

Specific requirements will depend on your internship placement and may include:

• Following established procedures and checklists

• Managing time and completing assigned responsibilities

• Standing or walking for extended periods

• Bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds depending on placement

• Communicating effectively with guests and team members

• Reading basic workplace instructions and communications

• A valid driver's license for certain assignments involving company vehicles
