Internship - Data Management

We are offering an internship opportunity where students will assist in optimizing our business processes and managing data more effectively, contributing to operational efficiency and informed decision-making.

Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Data Management (Excel): Work on advanced data management tasks using Microsoft Excel (e.g., creating dashboards, cleaning datasets, generating pivot tables, etc.).
• Data Analysis & Visualization: Analyze and visualize data through Tableau to present actionable business insights.
• Process Mapping & Workflow Improvement: Assist in developing and mapping processes to improve efficiency and workflow using tools such as Miro.
• Documentation & SOP Development: Collaborate with the team to document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
  
  Internship Learning Outcomes:
• Data Management & Analysis: Apply hands-on skills in data management, analysis, and visualization.
• Process Mapping Skills: Develop the ability to map processes effectively and identify areas for optimization.
• Real-World Business Exposure: Gain exposure to real-world business challenges, working on live projects.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 

• Excel Proficiency: Proficient in advanced Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Data Visualization Experience: Experience or exposure to Tableau for data visualization.
• Proactive & Detail-Oriented Mindset: A proactive and detail-oriented mindset (familiarity with Power Automate is preferred).
• Process Mapping Awareness: An understanding of process mapping or a willingness to learn.
• Preferred Intake: Able to commit from March - Dec 2027
