About Your Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

What You'll Do


  • Support Account Managers in developing and maintaining relationships with large enterprise clients and assist with sales and business development activities.
  • Assist in preparing client proposals, sales materials and tailored solutions based on customer procurement needs.
  • Conduct market and client research to identify business opportunities and provide insights on customer and industry trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support procurement, payment, after-sales and other client-related activities.
  • Support day-to-day account management and customer communication to improve customer experience, satisfaction and long-term relationships.

About You


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Finance, Management or a related field, graduating in 2026 or 2027.
  • Available to commit to a full-time, 6-month internship.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interest in sales, account management, business development and working with enterprise clients.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
