Job Responsibilities:

• Be familiar with department structure, understand function of the department and MGM arts and culture mission
• Be familiar with MGM MACAU or MGM COTAI arts and cultural assets and facilities, happenings and operation, and promote a cultural tourism experience to the guests in a positive manner
• Provide high-quality services to all guests and provide suitable solutions to meet customer expectations, including coordinate guided tours and activities
• Be a sales ambassador and promote merchandize and commercial products in a friendly and positive manner
• Prepare visitation records and reports on daily operation with both quantitative and qualitative insights
• Supporting Arts & Culture projects including research, planning and execution when required

Job Requirements:

• Proactive attitude and good sense of responsibility with self-exploratory ability
• Attention to detail, able to work accurately while meeting timeline  
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good team player
• Deliver operational duties and perform service standards and service excellency
• Interest to learn arts and culture and hospitality industry and knowledge
• Basic computer skills, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• The role involves periods of standing as part of daily operations
