NURA USA is looking for a motivated QC Coordinator Intern to join our team.
About the Role
Review and inspect product samples in collaboration with QC technicians, document findings, and support quality assurance processes. Responsibilities include preparing samples for testing and verifying compliance with specifications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on learning and is eager to gain real-world experience in Quality Control.
What You'll Work On
- Support the Quality team with day-to-day Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities.
- Assist with reviewing, organizing, and maintaining quality documents, records, specifications, COAs, and test reports.
- Help maintain and update Quality trackers, databases, and other documentation to ensure information is accurate and current.
- Assist with sample management, including sample tracking, sample preparation, organization, documentation, and inventory/retain activities.
- Support data collection and basic analysis of quality and testing information to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas requiring follow-up.
- Prepare reports, summaries, or presentations to share findings with the team.
- Develop an understanding of Quality testing procedures and requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Quality Assurance, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Current undergraduate student; rising junior or senior preferred.
- Coursework or exposure to quality systems, laboratory testing, data analysis, food science, chemistry, or related technical areas is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately review and organize information.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and Microsoft Office; experience with Excel is a plus.
- Self-starter who is curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to follow established procedures while also identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members and cross-functional departments.
- Professional communication skills and a willingness to ask questions and seek clarification when needed.
