Job Summary
Placement Areas
As a Footwear PLM Rookie, you'll help bring innovative, consumer-focused products to life. Working alongside design, merchandising, development, and marketing teams, you'll support the product creation process from concept through commercialization. You'll gain exposure to consumer insights, market trends, and business strategy while contributing to projects that help shape the future of Under Armour Footwear. This opportunity is ideal for students studying Business, Fashion Merchandising, Sports Product Management, Footwear Design, Analytics, or related fields.
As an Apparel PLM Rookie, you'll play a role in building consumer-right products that deliver on both athlete needs and business goals. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you'll gain hands-on experience in product creation, merchandising strategy, and portfolio management while helping bring apparel collections to market. Through meaningful projects and real business exposure, you'll develop a deeper understanding of how great products are created and commercialized at Under Armour. This opportunity is well-suited for students majoring in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Sports Product Management, Apparel Design, Project Management, or related fields.
Eligibility
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program (expected graduation between December 2027 - August 2028), or a recent graduate with relevant experience.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Workplace Location
- Baltimore, MD headquarters office
- Relocation assistance provided.
- Hybrid or fully in-office work schedule.
Compensation
$23 per hour for undergraduate interns; $30 per hour for graduate interns. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers.
