The Position

Proporcionar las herramientas e información necesarias para apoyar a los consultores seniors en el desarrollo y ejecución de proyectos estratégicos y de eficiencia.

Recolección y Análisis de Datos:

  • Investigar y recolectar datos cuantitativos y cualitativos pertinentes a los proyectos en curso, desde diversas fuentes internas y externas.

  • Utilizar técnicas estadísticas y herramientas de análisis de datos para proporcionar información relevante y precisa.

Herramientas de Consultoría:

  • Ayudar en Gestión de proyectos, como cronogramas, planes de acción, y matrices de responsabilidades.

  • Identificar, evaluar y proponer nuevas herramientas en el entorno de negocios que permita al equipo de consultoría proponer proyectos de valor a los clientes.

Comunicación de Servicios y Logros del Equipo de Consultoría

  • Desarrollo de Contenidos:

    • Crear material de comunicación, incluyendo presentaciones, boletines informativos, informes de progreso y otros documentos que destacan los servicios ofrecidos y los logros del equipo de consultoría.

    • Coordinar con los consultores Seniors la estrategia de comunicación y entrenamiento del área de consultoría.

  • Gestión de Canales de Comunicación:

    • Administrar y actualizar regularmente los canales de comunicación internos y externos, como showpad, Acadia, Roche Dia a Dia y página web.

    • Coordinar con los consultores Seniors la estrategia de comunicación y entrenamiento del área de consultoría. 

  • Innovación en Comunicación:

    • Explorar y proponer nuevas formas y canales para comunicar eficazmente los servicios y logros del equipo de consultoría.

  • Apoyo en Eventos:

    • Apoyar en la planeación y comunicación de los eventos en los que participe consultoría y Automatización
