Internship - Data Analyst

Join us and become a key member of Glovo's team! You will sit at the intersection of Data
Analytics and Business Growth. We are looking for an intern who isn't just satisfied with looking
at a spreadsheet, but who wants to understand what really drives performance across the
business.

Your mission is to turn data into decisions.

You will analyze performance across channels and markets, uncover what drives results, and help teams prioritize where to invest, while getting hands-on experience with the tools and processes behind data-driven decision making.

The journey

● Performance Analysis: Analyze and compare the performance of different channels
and initiatives to determine what delivers the best results at the best cost across
multiple markets.
● Deep Dives & Insights: Dive into specific programs and initiatives. You will track key
volumes, analyze quality patterns, and suggest data-backed improvements.
● Cross-Functional Support: Be proactive in the day-to-day of the team. You will support
ongoing initiatives, prepare inputs for planning and performance reviews, and
collaborate with stakeholders across functions.
● Tech & Automation: Learn and apply SQL and Python to query our databases. You will
move beyond Excel to automate recurring reports that track performance across
markets.
● Experimentation & Optimization: Monitor the results of ongoing initiatives and tests,
and provide feedback to partner teams on what drives the best outcomes.
● Dashboards & Visibility: Own and build visualization tools (Spreadsheets/Looker) to
give teams clear visibility on key business metrics and performance trends.

What You Will Bring To The Ride

● Background: Bachelor in Engineering, Math, Business, or a technological domain
(including tech bootcamps).
● Data Oriented: You love numbers and logic. You are proficient in Excel/Google
Sheets and aren't afraid of large datasets.
● Tech Curiosity: You have a strong desire to learn SQL and Python to analyze
complex data sets (e.g., comparing performance across channels or markets).
● Growth Mindset: You are interested in how businesses grow and want to
understand the levers behind sustainable, data-driven growth.
● Problem-solving skills: No problem is too small or too big; you enjoy deep diving to
find the root cause.
● Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English is a
must).
● Mindset: Proactive, organized, and obsessed with details.
