The Role

Our internship program is more than a foot in the door—it’s a chance to take ownership from day one. Work alongside industry experts, contribute to real projects, and help build a more sustainable future from the inside out.

Schedule: 

  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (flexible)

What You'll Do

You'll work alongside industry experts in a culture where curiosity thrives and courage is celebrated.

  • Customer clean up 
  • Vendor clean up 
  • W9 collection for vendors & customers
  • Tax Exemption Collection for customers
  • Electronically file W9/tax exemption into salesforce that have been collected for older customers. 
  • Potentially – work on closing old open unreceived purchase order lines. 
  • Vendor and customer statement reviews
  • AP Process three way match

What You’ll Bring

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid skills with MS applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and use ERP system(s) , DTR and Microsoft Office applications
  • Major or concentration in Accounting
