About the Role

Detalles de la vacante

  • Tipo: Internship
  • Modalidad: Híbrida, con dos días por semana en oficina.

Qué harás

  • Participarás en el desarme físico de vehículos y analizarás sus partes directamente en el laboratorio.
  • Compararás piezas y sistemas para identificar oportunidades de ahorro en costo, peso, herramentales y tiempo de ensamble.
  • Coordinarás actividades y calendarios de teardown, y apoyarás la gestión de piezas en estudios especiales.
  • Documentarás tus hallazgos, darás seguimiento con el equipo de Cost Estimating y prepararás presentaciones de una página para compartir tus ideas con equipos funcionales y liderazgo.
  • Elaborarás el reporte semanal de avance.
  • Investigarás tecnologías y tendencias de la industria automotriz, y propondrás formas de simplificar diseños.

 

Responsibilities

Qué buscamos

  • Estudiantes de cualquier ingeniería en su último o penúltimo semestre.
  • Inglés avanzado, oral y escrito.
  • Ganas de aprender rápido (learning agility) y curiosidad para investigar por cuenta propia.
  • Disposición para el trabajo práctico: meter las manos en un motor y ensuciarte es parte de la experiencia.
  • Organización, proactividad y buena comunicación.

Qualifications

Suma puntos (pero no es indispensable)

  • Manejo de Excel y PowerPoint.
  • Conocimientos básicos de la industria automotriz y de procesos de manufactura.
