Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join the team as an Intern-Maintenance. This role will allow you support the Maintenance team in coordinating maintenance operations, technical evaluations, audits, project supervision, and administrative activities while gaining practical exposure to engineering and facility maintenance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting maintenance audits and preparing audit tools.
• Support the evaluation of technical quotations against required specifications.
• Participate in daily maintenance operations and emergency maintenance activities.
• Maintain and update preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate and track daily maintenance work schedules.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining the maintenance team skill matrix.
• Support the supervision and coordination of maintenance-related projects.
• Provide administrative support to the Maintenance department.
• Assist with documentation, record-keeping, and reporting related to maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electric and electronic engineering or National Diploma in Technology (NDT) or a similar Engineering/Technical discipline.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or facility maintenance principles.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and gain hands-on exposure in a manufacturing environment.
