Internship - Partner Marketing

We're looking for an Intern to join our E-commerce team and get hands-on experience in partner marketing, working closely with brands and partners while helping them succeed.

About the role

Adtraction offers a student-oriented internship that can be credited towards the work placement required by your studies.

When you join Adtraction, you will become part of a team that combines creativity, collaboration, ambition and commercial drive. Every role plays a part in building strong, lasting relationships — with our clients, partners, and each other.

As an Intern, you'll work alongside our E-commerce team and support the customer journey for our partners and our small- and medium-sized brands. You'll get to try a bit of everything, learn quickly, and see the direct impact of your work on brand growth and partner engagement.

What you’ll do

• Recruit influencers to Iriz, Adtraction's new influencer marketing app

• Process applications from new partners, and from partners joining our brands' advertising programs

• Help prepare for Black Friday, for example by adding offers into the Adtraction system, scheduling commission increases, and uploading banners

• Support the team with other hands-on tasks as needed

What you bring

• A genuine interest in digital marketing and partnerships, or an eagerness to learn

• Proactive, structured, and self-driven approach with a can-do attitude

• Fast learner with a positive mindset and a solution-oriented approach

• Ability to build relationships and good communication skills

• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once

• Fluency in Finnish and English

Your profile might be extra interesting if you have:

• Studies in business, marketing, communications, or a related field

• Interest in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, social media or influencer marketing

Practical details

• The internship lasts 4 to 6 months, depending on the agreement

• The start date is flexible, but we'd like you to begin as soon as possible

• The internship is carried out during regular office hours

• We offer an internship salary of 500 EUR/month, lunch benefit, HSL-card and sports and exercise benefit

• You'll get the equipment you need for the job (a MacBook) for the duration of the internship
