About the role 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Ops Support Intern to join our Operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the team's daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. You will gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of insurtech, assisting with vital administrative tasks, policy analysis, and market comparisons.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate who is eager to learn about the insurance industry and contribute to a high-growth technology company.

Job Responsibility
    • Recheck and verify policies, invoices, and related documents for accuracy and proper record keeping.
    • Assist with the distribution and filing of hard copy policies.
    • Update and insert additional information into the reconciled production report to support the Finance team in audit preparation for FY 2025.
    • Provide support on various ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as required.
    • Help ensure smooth workflow by assisting with tasks delegated from the core operations team.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of data.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Basic knowledge of finance or audit processes is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or other data management tools.
  • Flexible and adaptable to support ad hoc requests in a dynamic environment.
