About the Role

Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial & international teams to contribute to making an impact and meaningful changes? Pernod Ricard is looking for EVP, Talent Acquisition, Employee engagement and Onboarding Intern for 6 months from January 2027. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).


Your key missions:

You will be part of the Global Talent Development Team who supports our local affiliates to Attract, Select, Onboard & Engage the Best Talents from the Market and deploy our culture of Inclusion, while providing fair access to equal opportunities. Our main mission is to deliver the best candidate and employee experience.


1. HR Community Animation & Employee Experience

You will:

  • Animate and engage our international HR and Talent Acquisition communities by organizing global calls, sharing best practices and understanding local teams’ needs and pain points.
  • Support the deployment of global Talent Acquisition guidelines and playbooks to facilitate recruiters’ day-to-day activities.
  • Support the deployment of the Group Listening Strategy and coordinate global employee pulse surveys with project teams and local affiliates.
  • Facilitate training sessions and act as a key point of contact to support local teams in the use of our tools and initiatives.
  • Contribute to designing and deploying a consistent and meaningful onboarding experience for new joiners worldwide

2. Data Analysis & HR Insights

You will:

  • Collect, consolidate and analyze Talent Acquisition, employee engagement and onboarding data to monitor key KPIs and identify trends.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide clear and actionable insights to global HR teams.
  • Analyze employee survey results and contribute to post-survey action plans to enhance employee engagement.
  • Track the deployment and completion of global HR initiatives, including onboarding programs.
  • Translate data into insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making and continuously improve our HR processes and employee experience.

3. Employer Branding, EVP & Communication

You will:

  • Support the ongoing rollout of our Group Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and contribute to strengthening Pernod Ricard’s attractiveness as an employer.
  • Create compelling Employer Branding and internal communication content that reflects our inclusive culture, collective spirit and career opportunities.
  • Partner with the Global Communications team to deploy content and assets on LinkedIn and contribute to the revamp of our career website.
  • Support the promotion of our Employer Brand across different channels and audiences.
  • Develop communication materials supporting key moments of the employee journey, from attraction and recruitment to onboarding and engagement.

• You ideally have first experience in HR or communication, and one of the topics covered by the internship such as EVP, Recruitment, engagement or onboarding.

• You are fluent in English and French.

• You have great communication skills, both verbal and written, to be able to create content and animate different communities.

• You enjoy handling multiple projects simultaneously and are autonomous.

• You are organized and a team player.

• You have skills on PPT, Excell, Canva, video tools and leverage responsibly AI.
