About the Role

About this Position

The Henkel Adhesives Business is looking for a driven and passionate Marketing Intern to join our Adhesives Technologies Marketing team either on a full-time or part-time basis and support the delivery of day-to-day marketing activities across Australia and New Zealand. This is an exciting opportunity for a current Marketing or Business university student to gain hands-on experience working with global B2B and B2C brands, while supporting integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, events, reporting, sales enablement and distribution channel activities. 

What you´ll do

  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media and trade channels.
  • Assist in developing engaging marketing content, including presentations, email communications, social media and promotional materials.
  • Support campaign tracking, performance reporting and marketing analytics.
  • Assist with digital marketing activities, including paid search, website optimisation, online content and digital advertising.
  • Support the planning and coordination of customer events, trade shows, webinars and industry conferences.
  • Coordinate approvals and contribute to monthly marketing newsletters and communications.
  • Support internal communications and sales enablement initiatives across the business.
  • Provide general marketing operations and administrative support to the Marketing team.

What makes you a good fit

  • Currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications or a related discipline, ideally in your second or third year.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Proactive, curious and self-motivated, with a genuine willingness to learn and develop marketing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with an analytical mindset and confidence working with data and reporting.
  • Previous exposure to digital marketing, social media, digital advertising, Adobe Creative Suite or marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics would be advantageous.
