Responsibilities 

• Conduct feasibility studies on sustainability initiatives and support their implementation as part of the project team
• Assist in developing and implementing EHS initiatives in compliance with regulations and industry best practices.   
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities, and ensures the compliance of the shopfloor with EHS standards. 
• Work with diverse team/department to analyze and evaluate workplace hazards and near-misses, formulating recommendations and corrective actions.
• Stakeholder management of both internal and external parties, exposure to EHS standards of an Aerospace shopfloors.
• Support the documentation and analysis of EHS performance, and key matrices of the facilities.
• Maintain EHS documentation & records.
• Participate in EHS-related tasks and projects assigned.
   

Requirements 

• Diploma or Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related fields.  
• Proficient in MS Office (Access, Excel, Word) 
• Physically fit  

Learning Outcome 

• Learn the processes of the daily challenges that find in the operation of the daily EHS, Facility and Maintenance function.  
• Gain hands-on experience working on the manufacturing equipment and assist the departments in streamlining report generation for inventory planning. 
• Work schedule and PM reports and cost-saving projects.
