We empower everyone to think innovatively, work independently and drive things forward.</p> <h2 id="in-return-we-offer-you">In return, we offer you</h2> <ul> <li>Intensive onboarding and targeted individual training</li> <li>A high degree of creative freedom and decision-making authority, plus plenty of room for innovative work</li> <li>No micromanagement</li> <li>Flexible working hours that make it easy to combine studies and work</li> <li>Our purchasing office in our modern production facility guarantees a pleasant, bright, clean and quiet working environment</li> <li>For on-site work: an open working environment with a table tennis table and foosball, as well as regular team events</li> <li>Free soft drinks, coffee, muesli and fresh fruit</li> <li>A benefits card loaded with €50 per month to spend as you like</li> </ul> <h2 id="your-role">Your Role</h2> <ul> <li>You support our purchasing team in day-to-day operations</li> <li>You correspond with suppliers</li> <li>You prepare requests for quotation for electronic components from our suppliers</li> <li>You maintain quotations and order confirmations in SAP</li> <li>You handle supplier complaints</li> <li>Monitoring deadlines is also part of your role</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>You are preferably studying business administration or have chosen a technical focus</li> <li>You&#39;re fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, at a business level</li> <li>Ideally, you already have some initial practical experience in purchasing</li> <li>Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word), ideally also SAP skills</li> <li>You are a team player and work independently, in a structured way and reliably</li> <li>You are open-minded and show initiative</li> <li>You have a strong interest in purchasing and enjoy thinking outside the box</li> </ul>
