Event Overview

The ACCIONA Academy 2026 is a premier three-day immersive experience designed for high-potential university students and emerging professionals who are interested in building impactful careers in infrastructure, engineering, construction, sustainability, renewable energy, and project development.

Through executive presentations, professional development workshops, networking opportunities, and an exclusive field experience, participants will gain a firsthand understanding of how ACCIONA delivers some of the world's most complex and innovative infrastructure projects while developing the next generation of industry leaders.

The program will introduce students to ACCIONA's culture, values, global footprint, and talent development initiatives, while providing direct access to company leaders, project professionals, recruiters, and recent graduates. Attendees will also learn about Summer 2027 internship opportunities, co-op programs, graduate pathways, and future full-time career opportunities within ACCIONA. Based on ACCIONA's Academy, Emerging Talent, and Intern Experience programs, the event emphasizes early-career development, networking, and exposure to major infrastructure projects.

Event Objectives

Participants will:

• Learn about ACCIONA's global business, purpose, and commitment to sustainability.
• Explore internship, co-op, and graduate opportunities.
• Develop professional networking skills and industry knowledge.
• Understand career pathways within the infrastructure sector.
• Engage with company executives and project leaders.
• Experience a live construction environment through a project site visit.
• Gain valuable insight into the skills and qualifications that employers seek in future leaders.

- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree.

- Must be actively enrolled as a student at the time of application and throughout the internship period.

- Expected graduation date of 2027 or 2028.  

- Available to work full-time during the summer internship program.
