Key Responsibilities

To provide hands-on project and coordination support to the Communications & Marketing department for SUSS’s 10th Anniversary initiatives in 2027. The intern/temp will work closely with the Brand team on brand development, campaign execution, vendor coordination and general project administration.

 

Brand & Creative Support

  • Support the rollout of the 10th Anniversary logo, visual identity and brand guidelines.
  • Assist with mascot development, commemorative merchandise and anniversary installations.
  • Review creative materials for completeness and basic alignment with approved brand guidelines.

Marketing & Content Support

  • Support anniversary communications across digital, social media, email and web channels.
  • Assist with drafting, adapting and proofreading campaign copy and content.
  • Help prepare presentation decks, status updates and post-campaign reports.

Project Coordination & Administration

  • Maintain project trackers, timelines, meeting notes and follow-up items.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on deliverables and deadlines.
  • Support quotation collation, approval documentation, file management and event or activation logistics.
  • Assist in coordinating with students engaged as talents for brand campaigns and other initiatives, including scheduling, sharing relevant information and supporting logistical arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support for procurement activities, including checking media plans and supporting documents, tracking purchase requests and approvals, assisting with GRN submissions, and maintaining procurement records.

 

Requirements

 

Education:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, Business or a related discipline.

Experience & Attributes:

  • Are organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Have good attention to detail when reviewing documents, content and materials.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person.
  • Have a proactive, positive and reliable attitude towards work.
  • Enjoy working with different people and supporting team projects.
  • Have an interest in branding, marketing, communications, content creation or design.
  • Are keen to learn and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can commit to the full contract period.

Technical Prerequisites

  • Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint for documentation, tracking and presentations.
  • Email and online collaboration tools for day-to-day coordination.
  • Basic design or content tools such as Canva or Adobe applications would be an advantage, but are not essential.
  • Willingness to learn project management tools such as Asana.

 

Work Assignment

  • Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Contract period: October to December 2026
