High School Internship - Field Operations

This internship is open to current high school seniors in Beaufort and Jasper counties. 
 
Launch your career in essential utility services with hands-on experience in the field! 
 
As a Field Operations Intern, you'll work alongside experienced professionals who help keep critical water and wastewater infrastructure operating safely and efficiently. This dynamic internship offers exposure to a wide range of technical disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, instrumentation, maintenance, and repair operations. 
 
Make an impact every day by helping provide essential services that support the community and protect public health.
 
This internship will take place during the 2027 spring semester. The internship will take place for up to 15 weeks and consist of about 20-25 hours per week, Monday through Friday. 
 
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age by the start of the internship program.
