About the mission we offer you:

 

       1. Policies and standards review

  • Support updates of Compliance policies, standards and guidelines, and work with the E&C program manager and relevant Compliance Counsels on the deployment of such policies.
  • Support the definition of relevant workflows ensuring efficient, timely and risk-based approvals.
  • Propose enhancements as per applicable requirements and best practices on the market.
  • Check consistency between documents: cross-references, definitions, thresholds, roles and responsibilities.

          2. Risk mapping follow-up

  • Support the Chief Compliance Officer and the E&C Program Manager in the definition of the action plans arising from the risk mapping of the entities: owners, deadlines and status.
  • Track the completion of the action plans.

    3. Business Ethics support

  • Contribute to E&C communication, awareness and training follow-up with the E&C Program Manager.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and publications from the authorities.

          4.Expected deliverables

  • E&C documentary framework inventory and review calendar.
  • Draft revised policies and standards, with a change log.
  • Risk mapping action plan tracker.

 

About you:

  • Master 2 student in business law, compliance or business ethics, risk management, political science or business school.
  • Professional English and French, written and spoken: reference documents are drafted in English.
  • Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint; drafting and synthesis skills.
  • Rigor, autonomy and strict respect of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders from different functions and countries.
