Actualmente nos encontramos inmersos en el desarrollo de un proyecto estratégico clave enfocado en impulsar el crecimiento y maximizar la rentabilidad de la compañía. Para asegurar el éxito de este gran reto, buscamos incorporar a un/a Becario/a en Análisis de Datos que desee iniciar su carrera en un entorno corporativo de alto nivel, ayudándonos a respaldar cada decisión de negocio a través del poder de los datos.


 

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?


 

Tu participación en el equipo: Integrado/a en nuestra área de estrategia y analítica, recibirás formación y colaborarás activamente en las siguientes funciones:


  • Análisis y modelado de datos: Apoyo en el análisis multidimensional de los principales indicadores del negocio (KPIs) para evaluar el rendimiento comercial, financiero y operativo de la compañía.

  • Identificación de tendencias y benchmarking: Participación en la detección de patrones, desviaciones y oportunidades de mejora y optimización mediante el análisis comparativo continuo.

  • Generación de insights accionables: Colaboración en el tratamiento de bases de datos y creación de cuadros de mando (dashboards), ayudando a traducir volúmenes de datos complejos en conclusiones claras que faciliten la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Perfil requerido:


  • Estudiantes de últimos cursos de Grado o Máster en Análisis de Datos, Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Estadística, ADE, Economía o disciplinas afines.
  • Conocimientos en el manejo de herramientas de análisis, hojas de cálculo y visualización de datos.
  • Rigor analítico, capacidad de síntesis, proactividad y orientación a resultados.
