About the Role

All’interno della direzione Group People, General Services & HSE, nell'area Talent Acquisition siamo alla ricerca di una figura di HR Talent Acquisition Intern per supportare il nostro team nella gestione dei processi di selezione e nell'identificazione dei migliori talenti. 

Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità? 

  • Supporto al team nella pubblicazione degli annunci di lavoro; 

  • Ricerca diretta e scouting di profili in linea con le esigenze di hiring; 

  • Analisi dei CV e gestione del primo screening dei candidati; 

  • Organizzazione e gestione dei colloqui; 

  • Aggiornamento del database HR e monitoraggio delle candidature in corso.

Qualifiche e competenze richieste: 

  • Laurea in ambito Risorse Umane, Psicologia, Economia o discipline affini. 

  • Ottime capacità comunicative e organizzative. 

  • Interesse per il mondo della selezione del personale e delle risorse umane. 

  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office in particolare Excel. 

  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello minimo B2).
