As a Front Office Intern, you’re not just supporting daily hotel operations while gaining hands-on experience – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Support daily Front Office operations, including guest check-in/check-out and welcoming guests.
  • Handle guest requests, enquiries and telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Monitor daily arrivals, VIPs, events, occupancy, room rates and reservations.
  • Assist with groups, crew and VIP arrivals, coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Work closely with Housekeeping, Concierge and other teams to ensure smooth hotel operations.
  • Promote Hilton Honors and the hotel’s Food & Beverage outlets.
  • Ensure accurate billing, documentation and administrative follow-up.
  • Use hotel systems and equipment in line with established procedures.
  • Participate in night shifts and support night audit when required.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of hotel products, rooms, rates, facilities and promotions.
  • Consistently deliver Hilton hospitality standards and a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Support other departments when needed and contribute to a positive team environment.

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is an advantage.

  • Strong team spirit and a genuine enjoyment of working as part of a team.

  • Strong written communication skills and confidence in handling telephone calls.

  • Commitment to delivering a high level of guest satisfaction.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational skills.

  • Versatile, adaptable, and flexible.

  • Fluent written, spoken, and reading French (C2 level).

  • English proficiency at B2/C1 level.

  • A third language is highly recommended.
