Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Finance Intern, you’re not just supporting daily hotel operations while gaining hands-on experience – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Support daily operations: Perform assigned tasks under the guidance of department leaders while actively learning from team members and gaining hands-on experience
  • Gain cross-functional experience: Support other departments as needed to build broader knowledge of hotel operations
  • Support team collaboration: Assist colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
  • Work closely with members of the various teams within the Finance Department. 
  • File accounting documents on a daily basis according to the procedures established by your supervisor and in compliance with legal requirements. 
  • Prepare and, when necessary, record accounting information (invoices, credit notes) using the computer programs provided (Excel, Mirus). 
  • Be responsible for contract documentation. 
  • Be responsible for correspondence, follow-up, and the proper functioning of payable accounting. 
  • Follow all applicable procedures. Implement any new procedures immediately upon request from your supervisor. 
  • Immediately inform your supervisor of any issues related to the execution of your duties that could lead to or result in accounting irregularities. 
  • Carry out any other regular or ad hoc checks as requested by your supervisor.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of accounting and mathematics.

  • Previous experience with Navision software is a plus.

  • Fluent in written, spoken, and reading French (C2 level).

  • English proficiency at B2 level.
