SAP Labs are research and development locations that build and improve SAP core products. The Lab in Brno operates across four major development areas — Globalization Services, Application Innovation Services, S/4HANA User Experience, and S/4HANA Finance — working directly with the latest technologies including cloud-based applications, in-memory computing, and advanced AI.

You have a solid grounding in AI/ML algorithms, concepts, and techniques, and are comfortable working with Python. You understand the basics of cloud or microservices-based software architecture. You approach problems analytically, propose solutions pragmatically, and have the drive to take new ideas from concept to execution.

Build It

You'll join a team working on live priorities and gain cross-functional exposure through the IXP programme. Your mentors will guide you, and you'll set and deliver real goals.

In this role you will:

• Develop and maintain an AI/ML-based application supporting Proactive Maintenance
• Contribute to multiple end-to-end applied AI/ML projects
• Analyze internal and customer data and propose new ideas and use-cases
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across the lab
• Implement intelligent software solutions within a defined architecture, following SAP product standards, processes, and maintenance strategy
