POSITION SUMMARY

Cogir Senior Living, a premier senior living company, is seeking a talented, organized, and motivated Graphic 

Design Intern to join our creative team. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience designing print and 

digital marketing materials while working closely with our Marketing Team and Director of Brand Management. 

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn while producing high-quality work that aligns 

with brand standards and deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the design and production of print and digital marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and sales collateral

• Assist with layout, typography, image selection, and basic photo editing under creative direction
• Adapt existing designs for various formats and platforms while maintaining brand standards
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and team reviews
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to support ongoing campaigns
• Learn to manage projects, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines in a professional creative environment

Requirements

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE

What We’re Looking For

• Current student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design
• Strong attention to detail and an interest in producing high-quality, polished work
• Ability to take direction, apply feedback, and continuously improve
• Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Portfolio of academic, personal, or passion projects encouraged (professional experience not required)
• Interest in marketing, branding, or social media design is a plus
