This opportunity is for career driven students interested in building property maintenance.  In this co-op opportunity you will be responsible for the completion of hotel maintenance duties as required by service requests that are submitted.

This opportunity will be based at the Residence Inn property at 1450 Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster PA, 17601. 

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIRED:

  • Must be a high school or college student, at least 16 years of age
  • Currently enrolled in electrical, general carpentry, plumbing, and general building maintenance through LCCTC
  • The ability to learn and use tools, prints and measuring instruments necessary
  • Team-player attitude and strong attention-to-detail
