About the Role

This is your new job:
Data analysis on product final test yield

Automation of data crunching on final test yield from AWACS and EXTENSIO platforms covering Far East assembly sites production line data

Yield estimation on wafer level based on historical data and correlation of typical MOSFETs test parameters

Support test specification update and test program release

Data crunching on financial figures (e.g. wafer costs, die free package cost) of released products and future developments

This is you:
Student in electrical engineering or physics or similar with software programming skills.

Basic Knowledge of semiconductor/MOSFET technology is a plus.
Fluent german or english speaker.

Small signal Mosfet industrial department, including industrial engineers, test engineers, product engineers, project leaders working in a international environment, including Germany, UK, Asia
