Working Student (m/f/d) – Technical Project Management High Voltage Powertrains

We are looking for YOU as Working Student (m/f/d) – Technical Project Management High Voltage Powertrain for our location in  Erlangen.

As a working student (m/f/d), you will support our technical project leaders (Project Technical Leader) in the conception, steering, and execution of innovative projects in the field of high-voltage powertrains. You will dive deep into complex technical topics and help drive our internal and external customer projects forward in an efficient and structured manner.

These challenges await you: 

• Project Support: Active assistance in the execution and management of internal and external development projects in the field of high-voltage powertrains.
• Technical Documentation: Creation, revision, and preparation of sound technical documentation and presentations.
• Funded Projects & Reporting: Contribution to the creation of project and progress reports for national funded projects.
• Review Preparation: Independent collaboration in preparing and organizing technical project reviews and milestone meetings.
• Project Controlling & Tracking: Maintenance, updating, and development of project tracking lists, action item logs, and task overviews.
• Interface Work & Organization: Coordination of schedules and follow-up on work results in close alignment with project managers and adjacent departments.

You inspire us with that:

• Studies: Ongoing degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering)
• Technical Knowledge: Initial prior knowledge or a strong interest in electric drives, power electronics, or high-voltage systems.
• AI Affinity: Practical experience using modern AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Copilot, or specialized frameworks) to increase efficiency in documentation and analysis tasks.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, openness, and enthusiasm for working in interdisciplinary teams.
• Work Ethic: Structured, independent, and meticulous way of working, combined with a quick comprehension of complex topics.
• Language Skills: Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
