Position Overview:
Starion Bank is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Student Intern for a school-based, credit-bearing internship in Bismarck, ND. This multi-department rotational program provides hands-on exposure to the bank’s core operations while helping the intern develop valuable professional skills, expand their network, and explore potential career paths before graduation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Rotate through multiple departments to learn how the bank’s core business areas work together learn how the bank’s core business areas work together 
  • Support departmental projects and day-to-day activities 
  • Gain practical experience with overall bank functions and operations 
  • Track and report progress on assigned projects 
  • Assist with special projects and administrative responsibilities

  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills 
  • Able to work collaboratively across multiple departments
