About the Role

Key Responsibilities Engineering Support

  • Assist engineers in daily technical and operational activities.
  • Support the preparation and review of engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Participate in engineering projects and improvement initiatives.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze technical data as required.

Process Improvement

  • Support process optimization and continuous improvement activities.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain engineering records, reports, and project documentation.
  • Prepare presentations, charts, and summary reports.
  • Ensure documents are updated and comply with company standards.

Project Coordination

  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project execution.
  • Participate in project meetings and document action items.

Safety & Compliance

  • Adhere to all company safety regulations and procedures.
  • Support compliance with engineering standards and quality requirements.
  • Participate in safety and quality improvement programs.

Responsibilities

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in:
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Or other related engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of engineering principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
