About the Role

Intern – Materials Engineering

Our innovations transform businesses, enhance lives and reshape expectations. We are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated individual to fill this role within our Softmatter team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support material exploration, evaluation, and testing.
  • Assist in materials ecosystem development and management.
  • Coordinate with material suppliers and support supplier-related activities.
  • Support sourcing and procurement activities, including coordination with Finance and Logistics teams.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects related to materials and product development.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate pursuing a BSc in Textile Engineering, Materials Science, Applied Sciences, or NDT – Textile.
  • Strong interest in materials, innovation, and product development.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a strong willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active involvement in student societies, clubs, or organizations, demonstrating teamwork, initiative, and leadership potential, will be an added advantage.
